Overview
A premium park on the floor of the rift valley surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. Lake Nakuru has wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from, Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. The park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic, and game drives.
Our exciting tour will depart from Nairobi with a pickup at 6:30 am at a pre-agreed location within Nairobi's Central Business District.
At 7:00 am, we'll leave Nairobi for Nakuru. Our morning drive will take us through scenic farmlands bustling small towns and the scenic expansive great rift valley.
Our first rest stop will be at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, a perfect place to enjoy its background which lies in mount longonot, a dormant volcano that derives its name from a Maasai word, Oloonongot which means, mountain of many ridges.
We arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for a mid-morning game drive which will last for about two hours before having our lunch at the leisure picnic site.
After about an hour of picnic and relaxation, we'll have another game drive, taking us through the park's best attractions which include the pink lake, viewpoints, and waterfalls in the park. Our guide will be there to give explanations and answers to all your questions about anything related to tourism and wildlife. The drive will last for about 2 and half hours.
After an exciting day excursion, we will depart for Nairobi with a drop-off within CBD.
